Social projects are among the key priorities of the EURO 2020 Local Organizing Committee. The committee is cooperating closely with the city administration (the Committee for Social Policy and Healthcare), the Russian Football Union, FC Zenit, as well as charity foundations and organizations, such as the Konstantin Khabensky Foundation, Alexander Kerzhakov Foundation Stars for Children, 47 in Play Project, and the Spartak for Kids Foundation. During UEFA EURO 2020, the Organizing Committee and the UEFA are implementing the Children's Smiles project by the UEFA Foundation, which brings together children from St. Petersburg's social facilities, children under care of 47 in Play Project and Stars for Children Foundation, as well as children from large families and children with disabilities.
